"I didnt like the stay here. i booked 3 days last min. Cus i thought it was close to city. It was sooo far away. That the uber and lyft dont come here. I realised that and cancelled 3 hrs after i booked. They was suppose to give me a refund. But didn't not for the 2 days i cancelled. The workers didnt speak english so i had to use a translator app. But the over night attendent. Helped me to figure out how to get back to city. At 2 am. Since i got there at midnight to hotel for check in. So i appreciated that he helped me."

"Excellent hotel. Even if you are not a golfer and want to stay in Alcalá de Henares this is an excellent option, great breakfast, very comfortable room. The staff is amazing. I definitely recommend it."

"It’s sold as it is in Madrid snd close to the airport BUT IT IS NOT IN MADRID AND IT IS NOT CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. It is in ALCALA DE HENARES which is a very nice town anyway. "
