My only issue is that the model is unclear: it’s got a high-end look but attempts to have a hands-off, all online check-in experience. It’s unclear if the people on the lobby are empowered front desk staff or security personnel. "

"This charming historically quaint property is a first floor location with ample street parking or an option for garage parking 1 block away. It is in a residential neighborhood that is walkable to local restaurants, the downtown pedestrian mall, and free public transportation. This apartment is up a few patio steps with a very easy entry using a coded lock on the front door that opens into a foyer to original wood floors throughout, high ceilings, and ample natural light with numerous large windows. The galley kitchen has new appliances that are well maintained. The bathroom has excellent water pressure, is bright, and clean. The beds are very comfortable with incredibly soft and fresh bedding. Occasionally, low sounds are heard from the apartment residents above and street noise. Ear plugs are generously supplied in both bedrooms. The apartment temperature remained comfortable throught the entire stay in a variety of weather. The apartment was visibly clean with thoughtful supplies such as an iron, ironing board, a variety of books, and a few plants throughout.If you enjoy quaint comfortable charming stays, this is a place for you."
