"Had a really good stay for our wedding anniversary the room was very clean and the spa facilities were really good. The stay was sort of spoilt though by a member of the bar staff called Henry who basically just ignored me at the bar after waiting to be served and just started serving someone else ..."

"Very smooth check-in, friendly staff and very clean. Tge spa facilities weren’t very good. Swimmingly pool freezing cold, jacuzzi out of order and a foul smell in the steam room. Would not book this as a spa hotel but a great place to stay"
