"Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "

We were so lucky, that the staff (Susanna) upgraded our room to a supirior, because there were one free. The room was so beautifull - the combination of wood, stone and “farm” style has sat an impression of us. You really need to experience this place. "O hotel é recém inaugurado. O diferencial é o atendimento, equipe atenciosa e muito solícita. Mas o aquecimento da piscina não era adequado, a sauna seca também não estava aquecida a contento, a sauna a vapor estava desligada. Não havia pendurador de toalhas, a tampa da lixeira do banheiro quebrada. "Local um distante de tudo, se quiser comer tem que levar de tudo , a casa oferece todos os tipos de utensílios domésticos, tem wifi, a TV nao funcionou , em tempos de verao um ventilador na casa é muito importante mas atendeu a minha necessidade. Mais nao voltaria a me hospedar na casa !"
