"What an amazing boutique hotel! We were treated like royalty from the moment we stepped inside until we left. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Just one of the little touches was when we arrived back from a day out in a very hot condition we were asked if we would like a granita. The wonderful receptionist then delivered two delicious complimentary granitas to our room. We thoroughly recommend staying at this special boutique hotel. "

"Hotel Ballaro is gorgeous; walking up the grand staircase into the hotel area almost feels like you could be a background character in Romeo and Juliet. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready on our arrival, despite having sent our flight information ahead of time, and we were missed receiving the instructions on how to actually enter the building once we found it, but once that was sorted out, we had a lovely stay."
