"Overall a good experience, except that our room smelled like mildew(especially when you walked past the refrigerator). Also the room could use more warm lighting for readers like me. The one bright overhead light was too glaring for settling into bed or working at the desk."

"This house was perfect for my family and our needs while traveling. The yard and garage were an awesome surprise, though not pictured or featured on the listing. We loved how private the house was, and how quiet the area. Location was convenient and the size of the property was very reasonable for the cost. Our only complaints were related to the older appliances - specifically the dishwasher and clothes dryer. Both of these were a bit quirky and took a few tries to get the hang of. If they updated these, it would have been an even better experience. As for Daniel, he was incredible to communicate with, was very helpful, and never missed a beat if we had questions or feedback. There is also a second property directly behind this house that can be rented out as well, and we are seriously considering doing that for the next family reunion we’re in town for. Keep up the great work Daniel! Your house is beautiful and we loved staying there."

"Beautiful cottage on a beautiful property with immaculately maintained grounds. The cottage had every amenity we needed, and it was easy to visit both Topsail Beach and Emerald Isle after a short drive.The bed was my favorite part of the stay. I had the best sleep I have had all year. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return."

"We were there to visit my Marine son. The house was as described, very clean and the host couldn't have been nicer! My daughter and her family brought their dog with them. They did not stay with us but we spent time with them at the house. I contacted the host ( Leslie) and asked if my daughter could bring their dog over and she was so nice about it. Thanks again Leslie! Btw, my son said the bed he slept in was the most comfy bed he'd slept in in a long time! Would definitely recommend!"

"Beautiful 2 bedroom home. Easily accessible. Well-lit parking with designated spots. We were visiting our granddaughter and family in Richlands and it was an easy drive at all hours. Was very clean and welcoming. The host is very accommodating and easy to contact with questions or requests. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lisa!"
