My son has a job interview; my wife falls asleep in the lobby because of jet lag and not being able to go to the room for a while. A rude "security" guard (security in Copenhagen? This is safer and quieter than a rural town!), TOUCHES her, SHAKES her and wakes her up and says "YOU CANNOT SLEEP HERE!!!". She started explaining and he says "YOU CANNOT SLEEP HERE!!!".
If you are expensive and low cost, at least have the decency of being nice. If not, don't open a hotel and change to a different business."
