"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. " A notre arrivée, que nous avions avertie être tardive, l appartement qui devait être laissé ouvert était fermé. Arrivés de nuit, avec un brouillard épais, nous sommes arrivés par l'arrière du batiment , où il y a d'autres résidences. Pas d'indication de la réception qui se trouve de l'autre côté de notre batiment, donc pas de contact visible. Après 3/4 heures dans le froid et les chutes de neige, grâce à une cliente, qui vivait la même mésaventure, on a pu appeler la gardienne. En nous...
