"CLEAN PLACE, LOVELY, HELPFUL STAFF."

"I booked this hotel mainly for the location, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Most of the rooms face the road and are noisy, and music was played constantly, 24 hours a day. It was not extremely loud, but it was always there and became very annoying, making it difficult to relax and rest at night. Breakfast was poor quality. I tried dinner the first night, and the rice was clearly reheated and poor quality. They only offered chicken strips. I also found what looked like hair or towel fibers in the food, which was unpleasant. The price was far too high for the quality of the room and service provided. The only positive point was the housekeeping lady, who kindly helped me with ironing. She deserves the stars, not the hotel. I arrived at 1:25 PM, and although check-in was at 2:00 PM, they made me wait until 2:00 with no flexibility. Overall, I would not stay here again."

" Throughout our stay, the front desk team and management stood out for their professionalism. Even when addressing concerns, they remained composed, attentive, and solution-oriented. That level of consistency under pressure speaks highly of their training and dedication. The gym facilities were well-equipped, though cleanliness initially fell short. Once this was brought to their attention, the staff acted immediately to rectify the issue. Their quick response demonstrated a genuine openness to feedback and a proactive approach to improvement. Housekeeping was generally satisfactory, though there was one instance where our room was not cleaned thoroughly. That said, when we raised concern, the team promptly offered to return and make it right, which we appreciated. "

"On my visit the cleaning staff forgot to clean the room for 1 day out of my 9 day stay or they forgot to put soup or a shower mat back in the room after cleaning. This hotel is good only just for sleeping and not to stay and enjoy the pool or to relax at. The Jamaican breakfast was delicious although the portions were small and the staff was friendly and professional. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. It was mango season and I think they could have offered their guest mangoes or some kind of mango dessert or drink free since the mangos were going to waste."
