Spectacular apartment with magnificent beach views, very bright with exquisite design and at the same time functional, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The property has Wi-Fi, private parking and hot/cold air conditioning.
Located on Patacona beach, on the front line and with direct access from the building to the pedestrian seafront promenade. It is perfect for families looking to have a true rest in Valencia, away from urban hustle and bustle and at the same time with all catering, shopping and public transport services to visit the most emblematic parts of the city easily accessible on foot.
The accommodation:
Contemporary and comfortable apartment with beach views and direct access to it, with a capacity of up to 4 people, garage, wifi and air conditioning. It is the perfect combination of beach and city-rest. Easy access with public transport and to all leisure and shopping services, as well as its privileged location, will make your stay a relaxing and pleasant experience.
The 110 m2 apartment features the following spaces:
- Cosy lounge-dining room with comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, round table and 4 chairs, HD-TV, bay window overlooking the sea with access to terrace with beach views.
- Side terrace with beach views, equipped with table and 4 chairs.
- Master bedroom with sea views, with double bed 160x200 cm, spacious wardrobes, full-length mirror. This bedroom has its own complete bathroom (sink, mirror, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet).
- Second bedroom with two beds 90 x 200 cm, desk with chair, spacious wardrobes and full-length mirror.
- Bathroom with double sink and mirror, toilet and practical walk-in shower.
- Open-plan kitchen to the lounge with peninsula where the sink is located and also functions as a bar, equipped with 4 stools. Access to gallery on external terrace where the washing machine is located. The rest of the equipment includes; oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing powder, dishwasher tablets, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: Hand gel. Coffee capsules and a 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

The neighbourhood:
Patacona beach, in the municipality of Alboraya, is a must-visit during your stay in Valencia. It is the natural continuation of Malvarrosa beach, so it shares all of its services in terms of leisure and dining. This area maintains its charm both during the summer season and in winter, as it is a peaceful locality with numerous children's parks and gardens. Just a few metres from the apartment is the pedestrian seafront promenade with all kinds of services and leisure facilities: fashionable restaurants as well as renowned rice restaurants, beach bars for a drink, wooden walkways in the sand, umbrella and hammock service on the beach, as well as public showers, beach volleyball facilities, etc. In the neighbouring Malvarrosa neighbourhood you will find supermarkets and cash machines, as well as the well-known museum of Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez. Horchata is the typical drink of Valencia and its cultivation, typical of the municipalities north of the city, has its epicentre in the town of Alboraya, the municipality to which Patacona beach belongs. For this reason, in this area it is common to find horchata shops where you can taste it.
Furthermore, due to its location north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of it: Port Saplaya, whose distinctive urban planning has earned it the nickname of little Venice; El Puig, with its thirteenth-century monastery, or Sagunto, a historic city presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, amongst others.
How to get around:
Just a few metres from the apartment there are bus stops, taxis and a cycle lane available.
- Bus: Lines 19, 31 and 92 at 400 metres (5 min) towards Valencia city centre. La Malva-rosa – Mendizabal stop.
- Tram: Lines 4, 6 and 8 La Cadena at 1.5km (20 min).
