"A great little house with an ideal size garden. The location is great as it is by a small river that runs into the sea. The beach is literally 2 minutes walk. Lovely beach which our dogs thoroughly enjoyed. The house itself was clean and the beds very comfortable. The owner was lovely and very helpful, and the house met all our needs. Just a shame we didn't have time to stay longer."

Outre la réservation et une information que nous recevrions une confirmation avec code d’entrée par courriel rien de plus et rien du gérant de l’immeuble. Démarches difficiles pour rejoindre le locateur et aller à ses buteaux. Le paiement avec réservation n’aurait pas été effectué. Beaucoup de problèmes avec le logiciel de paiement…de sorte que sans le savoir cela n’a pas...

"Beautiful rustic house with such attention to detail, we would happily return. Great property management too and Ella and Lina really looked after us, rectifying a temporary issue with the drain even on a Sunday and getting us 2 more bikes which we really enjoyed using. Thank you guys, we loved our time in Valencia and reckon we’ll be back before long 😎"

"Good location. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach and metro. Javi was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The place was clean and the check in/out process was smooth. The only complaint would be this place felt about 90% finished. Would have liked a coffee maker and mugs. Maybe some beach items such as chairs, towels, or beach toys. Night stands next to the beds. Towel hooks for the bathrooms. Other than that it was a perfect spot for our weekend beach vacation. "

"La maison est belle, grande, bien équipée dans un quartier calme et agréable, mais présente quelques problèmes de fonctionnement :- La climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans une des chambres.- Le 8 mai, nous avons eu une mésaventure. "Cute old beach house at 350 m from the beach. Several small supermarkets right next to it and easy public transport to the city center. Beds were a bit small, but for the rest it was perfect. Very nice host who only speaks Spanish, but with Google Translate there was no problem."
