"Room was clean. Had a large group of teens running around the hotel for an hour before we had to say something. Once we did we didn’t her them again so we appreciated that. Breakfast was just ok but I didn’t expect a full restaurant experience. Location was close to good restaurants and shops. Would stay again if in the area again."

One day I was not feeling well and after waiting in line to speak to someone at the desk, was told I could not get anything "to go" from breakfast because it was 9:02 am. Really?! I also asked to return the next day's coupons so I could meet my grandchildren for breakfast closer to them and was told "No" because they were purchased online. Beware, there is no wiggle room when buying the breakfast coupon online - Also, it is the SAME PRICE when purchasing onsite. None of those things are explained on the website."
