Praia Da Oura is famous for the 'strip', a long avenue with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This makes Praia Da Oura suitable for all types of holidays, whether you are looking for a peaceful break on a golden beach or nightclubs till dawn!

This older style property is in a central location, in a residential area close to the popular Praia d'Oura and centre of Areias de Sao Joao. It is within walking distance of the "Strip", beach, restaurants and shops and is an excellent choice for families with young children or teenagers.

The accommodation is divided into two areas.
First floor: Living/dining room/open plan kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 shower rooms.

Ground floor: Living room/Kitchenette( not for cooking, light meals only), 1 double bedroom en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom. We do not take groups under 22 years old.

Enclosed garden with swimming pool, barbeque, poolside shower, table-tennis and wc.
The pool is 10m x 5m being on the shallow end 1m and deep end 2.5m.
The maid comes 1 time a week or as per request and arranged with rep.
Late arrivals after 21h has a €25 charge.

There are 6 bedrooms with beds for 12 people and prices shown are based on these.
We can also accommodate a 13/14 person on a sofa-bed in downstairs lounge at an extra cost. We can supply extra Z-bed for €30 and cots for €25.
Air-con at @ €240pw and Pool heating at €240pw.

We expect you to leave the house in a reasonable condition so the cleaning team doesn't have to stay extra hours, if they do you will be charge for those.

If you would like to rent a Motorcycle there is a place nearby called VESPA RENT where you can do this

Transfers: We have a regular company who does our transfers and they drop you at the house, a taxi for 4 €50, minibus for up to 8 @ €65, 9-12 €115 and 13 to 16 is €130 one way only and you pay directly to the driver. You might find it cheaper but they don't drop you outside the house only at certain points.

There is a good selection of golf courses within a short drive and Water Parks and a Zoo Marine for the children.

Wonderful house in Albufeira

The house was large enough for our group of 11, adequate bathrooms, all clean and functioning, it was close to town but still quiet at night. The pool area was beautiful, we felt like we had our own private resort. The property manager, Pauline, was attentive and very helpful, a joy to work with. I recommend this home to anyone!

Great Villa, Great Location.

We stayed as a group of 10. 2 families with children and grandparents came too. Villa was close to everything. We didn't need a car. We would love to return at some point?

Perfect Property

Perfect location, 3 mins walk to the local strip and 5 mins in bolt to the Old Town. Villa is large, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, kitchen is fully packed with everything you could need and is very classy and modern. Pool and terrace area is very spacious too. Had a superb holiday 6 adults and 2 children and because of location and cheap taxi rides we didn't need a car. Aldi and Lidl close by too.

Amazing stay

Stayed with a few friends for a few days and cannot fault the villa or the service. Both Ana Maria and Pauline were lovely and easy to contact before and throughout the stay. The villa was amazing. Even better than in the pictures!

Weekend to Remember 💃💒

As a group of 11, we decided to book this villa for my hen do! Our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. We were greeted by Pauline who showed us around the villa and the communication was brilliant with both of our airport transfers arriving on time. The villa was very spacious, clean and in a very good location with many facilities. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Beautiful villa in an ideal location

11 of us stayed here for three nights and we loved it. It was easy to book, communication was great and everyone involved was very helpful and friendly. It's a great location close to the strip but quiet enough not to be disrupted. Very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again or recommend others to stay!

The perfect stay

A group of 11 friends stayed in the villa to celebrate my sister's hen do. The villa was in a great location, clean and with so much space for all of us to enjoy. What a fantastic holiday. We had a family ranging from 2 to 40 and we all loved it.

Villa was fantastic. Rooms were lovely and clean, best part was the pool!! Sunshine all day and lots of pool toys left for all ages! 2 access roads to the strip at different points which were fantastic! Everything you could want and more! Will definitely be returning 😍😍

The Villa ticks every box

We were extremely impressed with the Villa, the location couldn’t be better with the beach, bars and nightlife all within walking distance. The pool & other facilities (e.g table tennis) made this a perfect stay for a group of friends. The Villa manager was also great in organising the transfers from the airport too, making everything very seamless for us. Would definitely recommend this Villa to family and friends!

There were 10 of us that stayed for a long hen weekend. Communication with Ana was great from the start and we dealt with Pauline when we arrived, who was super helpful. It was a great villa, plenty of space for us all and great location, close enough to walk to the strip but far enough away so you couldn’t hear it. It was also easy to get Ubers from when we went further a field. A great weekend had by all and I would highly recommend the villa and would happily book there again.

Family Reunion

We stayed at the villa for 10 days and it exceeded our expectations. The villa is even more wonderful than the pictures and description. We were celebrating our father's 80th birthday with all the kids and grandkids and there was more than enough space for everyone. We had 12 in total and never felt like we were on top of each other. The pool area is wonderful with so many access points and the pool man, who was so pleasant, was there almost every day cleaning. The villa is a 3 minute walk to a strip of bars, restaurants, shops etc. but you can't hear any of the partying from the bedrooms so you'll sleep soundly. I highly recommend Memories steakhouse which is off the strip, close to the villa, food, drinks and service all fantastic. The house manager, Pauline, was great and always available for any questions. Ana was absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our Dad had a wonderful 80th birthday celebration. I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone staying in the area!

Fantastic family holiday

We visited with 13 of a family ranging ages between 65, 40s and children from 11 to 3.. We had a lovely time the villa was spotless and Pauline made check in very easy and also arranged our transfers from airport to the villa.. The pool was deep for the children but Pauline got us a large padding pool for them and also supplied us with stair gates. The location is fantastic with loafs of shops and restaurants to hand. We went into the Old Town every night costing just 5euro the Old Town is stunning and restaurants are beautiful along the sea front, The Strip is very lively but more for younger groups do we went into The Old Town as more for younger families. We hope to return in the future.

Family holiday

We stayed at the villa as a family holiday, 8 adults 4 kids ranging from 2-10 YO It is a beautiful villa- located very close to the main strip It was excellently managed in every respect The kitchen, rooms bathrooms and living spaces are ideal As we had young kids I would let anyone know that the pool is very (very) deep for them, and there are a lot of stairs (with no stair gates) which have you at times on edge when they want to run about. We instead took the kids to the beach which is a good 10 min walk and as we wanted more family oriented restaurants /entertainment we spent alot of our evenings in the old town (not the main strip) which is €10 euro in a taxi or tuk tuk each way Overall the villa is an excellent space and we had an amazing holiday the comments above are more as an FYI for families

Stunning villa

I was concerned that the villa may be small for our large group... i couldn't have be more wrong. The villa was fabulous, spacious, comfortable. We had a lovely stay and have been raving to everyone that will listen that they should consider it for their next family break. The only negative we experienced was that we were instructed not to use sun lotion while using the pool, which we have never encountered before (as someone who lives in Australia, I am commonly in swimming pools in the sun, for example). This meant we were sunburnt or overheating.. not ideal for this pregnant woman!! Other than this, the facilities were amazing and we had a fantastic time. Thanks so much Ana, Pauline and all.

OUTSTANDING!!!!

We are a group of 10 retired firefighters, we have been going away for a week for years, for the past 5 years we have been going for villas (as opposed to apartments). Apart fronm one bad experience all our villas have been excellent, Casa Malindi was outstanding, we were made welcome by Pauline who showed us round the house and was very informative about the area, in fact all the team members were great, (the maid and poolman). The villa is huge , spotless and has loads of amenities such as large TV, good wifi, brand new modern kitchen with loads of different devices from coffee machines to orange juicers. The pool area has a sun bed for everyone along with tables chairs BBQ outside shower and toilet. It is situated 2 minutes walk from the strip with loads of bars restaurants and supermarkets 15 mins walk from the old town. I would thoroughly recomend this beautiful villa.

Great location, perfect for a group.

10 of us stayed in CASA MALINDI for my sisters hen do for 3 nights in April. All through the booking Ana Maria was extremely helpful during the and answered all of our questions. Upon arrival Pauline fully explained to us how to manage the villa; the safe, security, coming and going, local shops restaurants etc. The villa is a great size for a big group with a new kitchen which we cooked in (Huge american fridge freezer so we had ice and filtered water on demand), lots of seating inside and outside and lots of bathrooms and showers so we were never queuing! It was also extremely clean. There is also a private pool which was nice and big and clean and had lots of sunloungers around. We also made use of the table tennis! The location was amazing. We were 5min walk from the strip, bars, clubs and restaurants. It is also a very safe location. I do not have anything negative to say about our stay. I would whole heartedly recommend you stay here, very suitable for a big family or 2 or a large group.
