The spacious living and dining room is the heart of the home, with a bright and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for moments of socialising and relaxation. From this area, it is possible to access directly to the outdoor space, creating a harmonious connection between the interior and exterior.



On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both comfortable and well decorated. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet, ensuring comfort and practicality.



On the first floor is the master suite, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, offering total privacy and comfort.



The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates harmoniously with the remaining areas, providing practicality and functionality for preparing your meals during your stay.



On the exterior, the property features a charming leisure area with a private swimming pool (heated for an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for relaxing in the sun. A space with BBQ and dining table invites relaxed outdoor moments, while the table football guarantees fun for all ages.

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the usual property changeover day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the reservation, so that we can confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6 guests



However, it is possible to accept 4 more guests, who will be accommodated in additional beds
