Magnificent 1 bedroom apartment inserted in a private condominium with swimming pool for adults and children, with air conditioning and with capacity for 4+1 people.

Its located in Olhos Agua area, only 8/10 minutes walking from the beautiful beach of Barranco das Belharucas, famous for the golden sand and for the beautiful cliffs.

1 bedroom apartment, with double bed, a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen.

Also has a spacious living room with a balcony. Outside the apartments, there is a commom Barbecue for 3 apartments.

Car is not necessary, due to the facilities in the area, such as supermarket and restaurants only a few minutes walking.

However, if you book a car anyway, there's private parking.

You can also explore other beaches close by, such as Olhos Agua and Falesia beach.

The apartment doesn't have pool view.

Important Note: There is no reception at this complex!



Albufeira Council charges a 2€ fee per person for tourists' overnight stays in the municipality, for every stay between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights to all guests aged 13 or more. The amount will be requested, a couple of days before arrival.

Férias com o conforto do lar.

Apartamento bom, apetrechado de todos equipamentos e utensílios necessários, mas a localização na entrada do condomínio, em cima da muito movimentada Estrada das Açoteias não permite descansar. Precisa de uma limpeza mais profunda e a cama do sofá acusa desgaste. Não gostei de ainda não ter recebido o recibo de pagamento, referente ao alojamento entre 17 e 31 de Julho. Os recibos de pagamento deveriam ser entregues aos clientes no check-in.
