Villa Saint Martin is a fantastic 5-bedroom villa, sleeping 14+2 people and is located just a couple of minutes’ walking distance from the famous Albufeira Strip. With an unbeatably central location, this superb villa with a private heatable pool is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to relax in the heart of Albufeira.

The property has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all 5 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 with a bunk bed set (sleeps 2), 1 with two single beds and a bunk bed set (sleeps 4) and the last with four single beds (sleeps 4), as well as 3 bathrooms and an extra guest W.C.

The living room is cosy, with comfortable seating and a TV, as well as a dining area; the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for home cooking.

Outdoors, the property has a large inviting swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and a fantastic garden area with sun loungers, where you can spend the day in the sun. A traditional barbeque allows for easy summer grilling, to be enjoyed on the outdoor dining set with a view of the pool.

Villa Saint Martin is in the heart of Areias de São João, Albufeira, just a few minutes’ walk from a variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The nearest beach (Praia da Oura) is within a 10-minute walk and the Albufeira Old Town is about a 10-minute drive or 30-minute walk away.

Car hire is not necessary, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
