On the first floor, there is a double bedroom en suite with a bathtub and a balcony with panoramic views, a twin bedroom, a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub, providing comfort and privacy in all rooms.



The kitchen is fully equipped and features a practical dining area, ideal for sharing family meals.



The property annex offers additional space, with a kitchenette, a bedroom/living room with two bunk beds and a bathroom with shower, being perfect for large families or groups of friends.



On the exterior, the villa features a fantastic heated swimming pool (additional cost), surrounded by a leisure area and a BBQ zone, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxed moments. There is also private parking space for up to 4 vehicles.

The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12 guests.

From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
