Holiday Villa "Villa Sunshine" with Pool, Garden, Terrace, Mountain View and Wi-Fi

A small resort located on the far east side of Albufeira, in the center of the Algarve, about one and a half kilometers inland in a green area, houses the spacious and luxuriously equipped holiday home "Villa Sunshine". The house is spread over three floors and offers a living room with comfortable sofas and a dining table with upholstered chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave, 5 bedrooms (3 with queen size beds and 2 with 2 queen size beds each), as well as 3 bathrooms with bathtub/shower and toilet, 2 private terraces, and can accommodate up to 12 people. The villa has 200 m².



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, washing machine, toaster, and a high chair for children.



The beautiful garden with shared pool and furnished outdoor terrace allows you to enjoy leisure moments without leaving the house. An additional balcony with shared barbecue offers a relaxing space, and the view of the picturesque mountains, garden, and pool is a special highlight of this villa.



Within a radius of 650 to 900 meters, you will find several supermarkets accessible on foot in about 10 minutes. Various restaurants can also be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes. The nearest sandy beach (Barranco das Belharucas) and Olhos de Água beach, with its freshwater springs to discover at low tide, are just a 3-minute drive or about a 15-minute walk (1.5 km) away. The nearest airport is about 34 km away, with a car journey of approximately half an hour.



Parking is available on the property and on the street. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are not allowed. Please note that the pool is shared with 5 other holiday homes and is not exclusive to this villa. Check-in is via key safe.
