The Mar 1 townhouse has been beautifully decorated and features marble floors, including stairs with stainless steel and glass handrails. Air conditioning is installed in all rooms, with individual units in bedrooms and living room. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available.



It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes and private bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a balcony with stunning views of the pools, gardens, and sea.



The bathrooms are fully equipped with quality finishes. The modern kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven.



The spacious terrace features a seating area and a brick barbecue, offering a perfect setting for outdoor meals with views of the pool and sea.



Externally, the property is located in a beautiful complex with 2 pools (for adults and children) and well-maintained gardens.



The city of Albufeira is just 5 minutes away (2.5 km), making it ideal for families, couples, and golfers, with several golf courses nearby. Several beaches are less than 10 minutes by car, as well as a water park, a zoo, and a marina.



Albufeira's Old Town, full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is just 5 minutes away. At Páteo, 1 km from the house, you can find bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.



A car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the reservation to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



There are some restrictions for group bookings.

A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 4 people.

For the 5th and 6th persons, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).

The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. Overall, our stay here was a good experience. With its stunning sea views, beautiful gardens, and comfortable accommodation, it provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. We can't wait to return again soon.

We had a fantastic weeks stay. We had everything we needed. Plenty of space and front opening and BBQ are great. Would come back again. Area but nice and chilled and could have stayed longer did not want to go home.

Ich war in der Winterzeit da. Zunächst sollte in der Winterzeit andere Bettdecken vorhanden sein und es sollte einmal ein Handwerker durch das Hazs gehen und einige Kleinigkeiten erledigen. Steckdose im Bad EG, Dichtungen von Backofen und Kühlschrank usw. Auch sollte das Fernsehenprogramm heutzutage auch deutsche Sender beinhalten.

Nice apartment let down by poor fixtures and fittings. Small towels, poor quality pillows, no cleaning during the 2week stay until we chased the management company , then a sheet change. Bins not emptied (even those for used loo paper) had to buy toilet paper and bin bags. Ants in kitchen and living room. Miss matched crockery and glasses. We loved Portugal and the apartment is spacious, but this is not a luxury apartment as described.

Really lovely place. We hired a car so it was perfect location for us. Lovely and quite. The pools were lovely and the accommodation was fab. Are fine didn’t work when we arrived but was soon sorted for us. We were there for 2 weeks cleaners came one but we kept it up togther ourselves. I would defo return

Geräumige Unterkunft, sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Wir hatten anfangs zu wenig Gläser gehabt, keine Auflaufformen und eine beschädigte Pfanne. Die Markise war beschädigt. Dieses wurde aber umgehend behoben Die Sofas waren bereits sehr abgewohnt. Uns hat ein wenig die Gemütlickeit gefehlt, da keine Bilder an der Wand und die Beleuchtung sehr kalt und ungemütlich war. Abgesehen davon hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, und die Agentur war jederzeit hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Wir würden auch nochmal buchen.

Appartement sympa, très propre, bien situé possédant tout le confort pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Par contre tarif un peu excessif! Très mal insonorisé, l'appartement voisin peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes donc c'est assez bruyant si une famille est dedans. Le règlement n'est pas forcément respecté par tous et le respect également, nourriture et boisson au bord de la piscine (sale), bruit dans la nuit . Piscine en très mauvais état. Mention spéciale au personnel de l'agence vraiment très serviable et agréable! Merci! La visite en bateau proposée est incroyable, à faire absolument.

We were surprised with this is a fabulous spacious three storey town house. There is a great shared swimming pool and a nice garden for sun lounging. The complex is quiet and well kept. After having a 2 hour flight delay, to then arrive at this nice townhouse, was well worth it. The local representative that welcomed us was absolutely great. There were no doubts after her welcome meeting. We used their local transfers and it was the best choice. The drivers were very friendly. We will return for sure.
