This comfortable villa is within walking distance of the beach, that's nice! And not just any beach; it is the beautiful Praia São Rafael, just west of Albufeira. Here you immediately get acquainted with the beautiful beaches and bays the Algarve is so famous for. Praia do Evaristo is exactly like that, located at just a few minutes drive from the accommodation. Ideal for holidays with the family.

The accommodation is situated in the villa district Sesmarias, 5 km outside Albufeira. You can play golf at the Salgados GC golf club (8 km) and the region has a wide range of nice restaurants.

The villa is comfortably and modernly furnished and has a complete kitchen. You have a completely fenced garden with lawn and several (partly) covered terraces; perfect for a relaxing afternoon! In front of the villa is the sun terrace with plenty of sun beds, several parasols and the private heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m) as a centrepiece. There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

The nearest airport is Faro Airport, which is 45 km away from the villa.
