Very nice apartment in an excellent location

We stayed for six weeks from the end of January. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spacious and set in very pleasant grounds. In fact, the Baia village complex is lovely. Not too big, beautiful rooftop views, and a very attractive pool. There is parking outside your door or in the underground car park.The aircon units are cooling/heating, which we were grateful for, because mornings and evenings are cold in winter. The location is superb with several beautiful beaches within a 5 minute drive. Also several supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away.Pedro the owner was very helpful; the handle on the washing machine door broke while we were there and he had it replaced very quickly.All in all we would definitely recommend this apartment for a pleasant relaxing stay.

Excelente a todos os nĂ­veis!

Excelente anfitrião, empreendimento sossegado, funcional, seguro, com estacionamento exterior e em garagem, a 900 metros da praia do castelo e do evaristo e também próximo da Galé. O apartamento com aceso direto à poscina exterior e equipado com tudo o que é necessårio para umas férias familiares. Aconselho vivamente.

A casa era muito agradåvel e estava bem equipada com tudo o que se pretende necessårio. Um pequeno reparo para as casas de banho que necessitam de alguma manutenção em especial na area do pollivant. Gostaríamos que a TV pudesse ter canais por cabo, especialmente, programas para as criancas. O espaço envolvente é optimo e relaxante.

Excellent location, close to Albufeira, and beaches, sheets and towels were not changed at mid point of a 2week stay, which we found a bit odd, there is a washing machine but who wants that hassle when on holidays, everything else was OK.

Amazing location and great property - Thank you

We stayed at the #2 property for two weeks with our 4-year old daughter. We came back to the same place after a wonderful holiday 3 years ago. The property is great with everything we needed. Our hosts were responsive and made sure we had everything taken care of. All very clean. The location is amazing (very close to the beaches) and the swimming pool is great to enjoy with the kids. Overall - Excellent. We look forward to returning. Thank you again.

L’appartement est spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©. IdĂ©al pour une famille de 4 personnes avec des ados. Le rez-de-jardin permet d’avoir une jolie vue et un bel espace de vie en plus de celui de l’appartement. Piscine agrĂ©able. Apparemment bien placĂ© car excentre d’Albufeira donc du tumulte et des bruits. Seul bĂ©mol : des mouettes trĂšs bruyantes parfois le matin..;-) TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour. A recommander.

trÚs belle résidence bien entretenue

maison spacieuse tout confort télévision, malheureusement pas de chaines française terrasse avec parasol salon de jardin bien agréable pour les petits déjeuners et diners, piscine à proximité ,nous étions souvent les seuls dans la piscine au mois de septembre il y a trÚs peu de monde dans la résidence petit bémol pour la wifi les mots de passe étaient incorrects j'ai réussi à les avoir la deuxieme semaine avec un voisin , le propriétaire n' a pas fait le necessaire. résidence proche de la mer possibilités d' y aller à pied mais à 5 mn en voiture il y a des plages magnifiques tout cela sous un beau soleil et avec des portugais charmants

Optima escolha!

A casa é optima! Inserida num condominio pequeno e tranquilo. O jardim comum a todos os apartamentos é enorme e ideal para quem viaja com crianças. Tem uma boa piscina,que nao usåmos,dado a altura do ano. Relativamente ao apartamento,é espaçoso e bem equipado. Tem realmente tudo o que se possa precisar. O mobiliario de exterior permite usufruir do espaco exterior na perfeiçao,tanto para refeiçoes,como para descansar no relvado. Em suma, o balanço é mesmo muito positivo!

Wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir (2 Erwachsene und unsere 11 jĂ€hrige Tochter) haben vom 1. bis 15. Oktober 2016 zwei Wochen in der Wohnung T2 verbracht. Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die StrĂ€nde sind einfach ein Traum🌮 In der NĂ€he findet man viele tolle Restaurants und SupermĂ€rkte. Es ist fĂŒr jeden Geldbeutel was dabei. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter fĂŒr den netten Kontakt. Wir kommen wieder.

La casa situada en un sitio tranquilo con jardĂ­n y piscina. Casa amplia y con toda clase de utensilios de cocina, muy bien equipada en general y limpia. La Ășnica cosa que yo mejorarĂ­a las almohadas. Pasamos 15 dĂ­as maravillosos conociendo cada dĂ­a una playa. Innolvifables desayunos en la terraza. Schöne Wohnung in der NÀhe von TraumstrÀnden

Wir haben eine sehr schöne, entspannte Woche in der T1- Villa verbracht. Die sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage mit Pool und großer RasenflĂ€che sowie die geschmackvoll eingerichtete, top ausgestattete Wohnung gefielen uns so gut, dass wir bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen sind! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter Pedro und Cristina, die uns einen schönen Aufenthalt beschert haben!

Heerlijk rustig plekje midden in de Algarve

De woning is ruim genoeg voor twee personen (wij zaten in T2) en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. We vonden het jammer dat er geen comfortabele stoelen waren op het terras (alleen twee houten klapstoelen). We hebben 17 dagen in dit huis mogen wonen en dan ga je dergelijke stoelen echt missen omdat je zoveel buiten leeft. Er zijn overigens wel heel goede ligbedden beschikbaar. Wij hebben erg genoten van het zwembad (zeer goed onderhouden) en de rust. Baia Village ligt overal dichtbij maar toch ver genoeg weg om te kunnen genieten van de stilte. Er zijn mooie stranden op loopafstand. Ik zou een auto wel aan willen raden. Al was het alleen al om de rest van de Algarve te ontdekken. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep erg goed. Er wordt snel gereageerd op vragen en ook de sleuteloverdracht verliep goed. En dat terwijl we 's avonds erg laat arriveerden! Al met al is dit dus een prima plek om te vertoeven!

Alles was man braucht, nicht weit zum Meer

Wir (2 Erwachsene und unser 7 jĂ€hriger Sohn) haben 5 NĂ€chte in der Villa T2 verbracht. Bei der Villa handelt es sich um eine Erdgeschosswohnung, die sich in einer Art Reihenhaussiedlung befindet. Es sind immer zwei Wohnungen ĂŒbereinander, wobei die untere Wohnung einen direkten Zugang zum Garten hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, mit einer KĂŒche einen großzĂŒgigen Wohn- / Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmern (ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten), einem großen Bad mit Badewanne und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche. Somit können hier locker 4 Erwachsene unterkommen. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr großzĂŒgig und es befindet sich dort ein Gemeinschaftspool. Die DĂ€cher der HĂ€userreihen sind begehbar, so dass man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer hat. Der nĂ€chste große Strand ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, Dort gibt es die Möglichkeit etwas zu Essen oder einfach nur einen Kaffee zum Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Ein Sternchen weniger gibt es fĂŒr die KĂ€lte die einen im MĂ€rz in der Nacht den Schlaf rauben kann ;-) Es wĂ€re schön, wenn hier richtige Decken und nicht nur die dĂŒnnen Lacken zum zudecken vorhanden wĂ€ren. Die Klimaanlagen wĂ€rmen auch nicht so wirklich in der Nacht. Unserem Sohn hat die PS 2 gut gefallen :-) In Summe sind wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden gewesen. Schöne GrĂŒĂŸe Krystin & Family
