Fabulous property for everyone whether you have kids or a romantic getaway. So Many different areas, it didn't feel busy and the kids playground was superb. My 3 yesr old slept so well after so much activity throughout the day. We will definitely return. We stayed in the “Gardens” and the washing machine in the room was so useful for a family on a 9 day trip.

Great family stay

Wonderful trip, lovely accommodation and great resort facilities. We made full use of the Annabel Croft Tennis Academy, which is super. Only downside is food and drink very expensive, but fraction of price in nearby places. Certainly recommend.

We loved our stay here! We only stayed two nights but wished we stayed longer. The setting is lovely with lush greenery and was lovely to walk around! The restaurants were really nice and the hotel couldn’t have done enough to accommodate our 20mo daughter with a cot and proper high chair provided in the room. Only comment was that the lift down to the Beach was broken so hopefully that will be fixed soon for any disabled holiday goers, we carried our buggy down but next time we’d leave it at the top!

Had a wonderful week long stay here in March. The resort is very attractive and me and my toddler enjoyed walking through the resort in the morning and saying hello to the cats. The apartment was clean and cosy and we were not bothered by our neighbours. The cleaners were all very pleasant and friendly to our daughter. The only downside I would say is that they do not have a grocery store on site which I think would benefit clients.

Enjoyed our stay at Pine Cliffs and the golf was great. Staff were fantastic especially Samuel and his sister at the golf club. I wish comms prior had been clearer - was told could not rent clubs - you can! and also that laundry was a service - we had a washing machine in our room! Could have saved us a lot of luggage - clubs (x3) and 2 weeks of clothing! Else everything was great - fantastic resort.

We had a 2 bedroom garden suite looking out onto the pool area. It was at the exit beside the restaurant Peri-Peri which is part of Pune Cliff and it was just across the road to the supermarket if you needed to buy anything. We were self catering but every day the cleaner came and replaced tea towel, towels, tea bags, dishwasher tablets, cleaning clothes- it was amazing they also washed any dishes and put the remainder in the dishwasher and put it on. The only thing I had to do was take the dishes out of the dishwasher and put away. The room also had a complimentary water filter which had different settings, complimentary bedroom slippers and there was bathrobes. When you check in at the hotel reception you get your room key and towel key cards so you get a towel at the pools when you give your card and when you give the towel back you get your towel card back. You have to pay a facility fee for every night you are there which you only pay when you leave and the tourist tax for every night you are there.you can use any one of 8 pools and you can use 3 gyms one of which offers classes which you pay extra for. There is an adventure park with zip line and mini golf and the hotel has its own beach with a lift down to a boardwalk to the beach and big shout out to Zest restaurant for very refreshing snacks in the beautiful sunshine not to mention the hairdresser and the spa.we were there Sept- Oct 2025 and it was beautiful sunshine every day unlike Northern Ireland.

Gorgeous property, unbeatable location. It looks like everything is really far apart, but it is not. The rooms were impeccable all around. Only minor misses were on the communication side with respect to the suite kitchen amenities, e.g. actually having dish soap and laundry detergent available, but not in the room, and the missed dates that the onsite restaurants were open. We spent money buying kitchen items that we later realize we’re not needed because they were included but not provided in a timely fashion. Finally, we put a credit card on file when we checked in, but when we went to the restaurants, it was seemingly not on file which was awkward and not at rectified automatically during our stay. Otherwise, this was truly a stunning and remarkable hotel. Kids loved the beach.

Great place with kids, amazing access to the beach. Great amenities, several pools, games arcade, playground and other activities daily. Staff were all lovely and helpful. The outdoor pool wasn’t very clean. The restaurants are all on the pricey side which isn’t ideal with kids but we found some good options outside the resort fairly close by. Hats were mandatory for the indoor pool, would’ve been handy to know that ahead of our visit so we could’ve taken ours. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again
