The hotel stuff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us. Of particular note were their ability to cater for food allergies and explain their whole buffet with respect to allergens. The staff also arranged for non-dairy milk to be sent to the pool cafe so that we could enjoy a coffee there when other facilities were closed

We loved our stay at PortoBay Falesia. The walkable area, restaurants and shopping were just great. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool and Italian restaurant were fantastic. The walk to the beach was just perfect. There were quite a few stairs, but well worth it!
