Coral Bay Villa is the perfect setting for a family holiday, situated in a quiet area of Albufeira, with all the comfort necessary for unforgettable moments.



The room is spacious and bright, inviting rest and the sharing of good moments in a group, with direct access to the outside that reinforces the connection between the interior spaces and the outdoor area.



On the ground floor, the house has two bedrooms with double beds, both with private bathrooms. Also on this floor, there is an additional bathroom, ideal for supporting the common areas.



The first floor offers two bedrooms, each with three single beds and a private bathroom, providing an excellent solution for larger groups or families with children.



On the lower floor, entertainment is guaranteed with a games room equipped to entertain all ages, making moments indoors as enjoyable as those spent in the sun.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped, offering functionality and comfort to prepare and enjoy family meals with complete convenience.



The exterior of the villa is a true invitation to relaxation, with a heated private pool (additional cost), surrounded by a spacious garden, outdoor dining area and barbecue, perfect for gatherings in the late afternoon.



Located in a quiet area, close to beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, this villa combines tranquillity with quick access to everything you need for a perfect holiday.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
