Villa Boracay is a fantastic property with a privileged location in São Rafael, Albufeira, within a short walking distance of the golden sandy beaches of São Rafael and Arrifes. Situated in a tranquil location, perfect for families, Villa Boracay is the ideal refuge for relaxing holidays in the sun.



This incredible 3-bedroom villa can accommodate 6+3 people, with 1 double room, 1 twin room, and 1 room with bunk beds (2 single beds), as well as 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is bright, spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed to cook at home, and the inviting living/dining room offers comfortable seating, television (where you can enjoy available international channels) and a dining area for family meals.



Outdoors, you can enjoy the garden and private pool (heatable as an optional extra), as well as the ping-pong and billiards table. Outdoor meals cooked on the brick barbecue can also be enjoyed on the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Parking is available within the property.



Villa Boracay benefits from air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.



The property allows for total relaxation, being just a short walk from a wide variety of renowned restaurants, some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Algarve, where you can enjoy water sports, and just a short distance from an excellent golf course. The city of Albufeira, with its colourful marina, the charming old town along Fisherman's Beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs, and shops, is located about 10 minutes by car.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
