The Villa California is an impressive holiday home with a privileged location in Corcovada, just a few minutes walk from renowned restaurants and 2 km from some of the best beaches in the Algarve. The property is also near an excellent golf course and various amenities.



With 7 bedrooms, the villa accommodates 14+4 people. On the first floor, there is 1 double room and 1 twin room, both with private bathrooms and a balcony with sea views. On the ground floor, there are 2 double rooms (one en-suite), while 3 bedrooms and an additional bathroom are on the lower floor.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious living/dining room includes TV, PlayStation, and 2 sofas, with access to a terrace overlooking the pool. The lower floor also features a games room, equipped with foosball and a billiards table.



Outside, the south-facing pool (heatable as an optional extra) is surrounded by a garden and a patio with a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals. The space is fully enclosed, providing privacy and security.



With air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi, the villa is perfect for families or groups. A few minutes by car, you'll find beaches like Santa Eulália and Oura. Its sister villa, Villa Florida, is right next door.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we'll be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices up to 14 people.

From the 15th to the 20th person, an additional charge will be applied that includes an extra bed (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
