This House can be rented in whole or in part.



This particular Studio room is located on the 3rd floor and has access to the common laundry room where you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.



Estudio Sol has capacity for 2 adults and a child, has 2 single beds pushed together, a sofa bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, kitchenette, balcony with table and chairs and private bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

For baby we have a travel bed available.

We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
