•Cozy Ground Floor: Includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining area and air conditioning. The sofa converts into a bed.

•Terrace with BBQ: Direct access to the garden and the beautiful outdoor communal pool. Ideal for al fresco dining!

•Amenities: Ground floor WC, a full bathroom on the upper floor with a walk-in shower, private parking, Smart TV, WIFI, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
