On the ground floor there is also, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace, pool, garden, lawn with sea views, the open plan combines the kitchen with lounge and dining area with a large dining table and chairs, Cable TV with many channels to enjoy, or you can watch one of your favourite films, from our wide and varied choice of DVD's, or listen to some of our music CD's. Or, listen to your favourite radio station, or play music from your iPod on our individual sound system. Double doors with electric shutters from the lounge/dinner lead you to the pool terrace, pool, gardens and lawn, with lovely sea views.

On the ground floor there is also a separate w.c, and basin.

Villa rules concerning groups

Please note that our villas are all in residential areas, where no loud noise can be made during the daytime or evenings. For this reason, they are not suitable for stag and hen parties, or large groups of people who may be wanting to have louder gatherings, loud music and returning back late to the villas.

Whilst we welcome enquires from everyone; given the respect for the peace and quiet of the neighbours, we reserve the right to turn down a booking if we don't feel it is appropriate. It is important for us to be transparent about this as we wouldn't want your holiday to be a disappointment to you either. Many thanks for your understanding.

As for big shopping mall, there's Albufeira old town, just 4 km away, or there's Guia / Albufeira shopping, home to the best shopping mall, on the Algarve just 10 minutes drive from the villa, with many famous names, Zara and many others, including cinemas, restaurants, Continente supermarket and more, open every day until midnight.

Located near the villa in Gale, Albufeira, Algarve. The nearby resorts:- Vilamoura, offer six, 18 hole golf courses, including the par 72, 6560m Victoria Golf Club; Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago with six, 18 hole golf courses, including the acclaimed par 72, 6238m San Lourenzo Golf course.
