Villa Samoa is an impressive property in Albufeira, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and a relaxed atmosphere for a memorable Algarve holiday.



The spacious living and dining area creates a bright and inviting space for spending time together, with direct access to the outdoor area.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a guest bathroom.



On the first floor there are four bedrooms, one with two single beds en suite with shower, one with two single beds, and two bedrooms with double beds en suite with shower, all designed for maximum comfort.



On the lower floor there is a games room with a bar and a snooker table.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a functional space for preparing meals with easy access to the outdoor area.



Outside there is a private pool, Heatable pool (additional cost), a patio with a seating area and a BBQ, ideal for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors.



Located on a quiet street in Santa Eulália, the villa is close to restaurants, bars, beaches such as Santa Eulália and Praia da Oura, as well as the lively Rua da Oura, Praia dos Pescadores and Albufeira’s historic centre.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
