Brand New, Contemporary ABQ Uptown Home. Build completed in January 2018, modern appliances and filled with Local Flavor. Dozens of restaurants and bars within walking distance, from Krispy Cremes to Ruth Chris Steak House and everything in between. There is entertainment, movies, games and a mall all within walking distance. This house is perfect for couples, traveling business associates, or families. This home has 2 King size masters with master bathrooms as well as a half bath and bedroom.

This is by far number one on my favorites list for any vrbo's or airbnb's we've stayed at. Its new, clean, plenty of space to feel totally at home. Loved the neighborhood. We didn't want to leave and definitely will be back here for all future Albuquerque visit. I've never wanted to stay at a same place but we will with this one. Bennie was the best communicator by far as well. I had a stressful situation with an ill family member out of state and had to leave and then came back and he was so kind and helpful, understanding and compassionate. I appreciated the personal communication versus a company type of feel. We were sad to leave! But definitely look forward to returning!

Very dirty

We arrived and although the house was super cool and big, it was super dirty. Not sure if it had even been cleaned prior to our stay. The hot tub was growing mold and the water was murky and dirty. There was poop on the toilets and one of the toilet lids was almost falling off. We were super disappointed! We left immediately. The host was super efficient in responding and trying to deal with it the best he could. He did refund us our money and was very apologetic. But it was a true disappointment arriving to such a filthy place. As the pictures looked amazing.

Great space for family

My cousin and I came back to ABQ for a nostalgia visit to the place we grew up and for balloon fiesta. We had a great time and it was a great place for our local family to come by and say hello. We overlooked the time and checked out late. We felt awful for making folks wait, but we appreciate the patience for our mistake. Great space and great owner.

Lovely home in ABQ

Our family enjoyed staying in this home. The location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed walking in the quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was a great perk too. Plenty of room for our family.

An Executive style property

A very executive feel to the whole property and experience. Awesome layout, great backyard with corn hole, hot tub, and built in sound system. Owner was prompt and helpful. Location was fantastic..can pretty much walk to Uptown station amenities. Layout is perfect property for couples. Has 2 King bed suite wings and a 3rd king room with 1/2 bath across hall. Would 100% stay again!

Excellent stay, comfortable house, hot tub was a perk!

This was an excellent stay from start to finish. The host was an excellent communicator and very thoughtful. The house is comfortable and even more spacious than it seems in the photos. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed. Two stand-out perks were the hot tub and nearby grocery store access (Trader Joes).

Beautiful home! My husbands dream

Everything about the stay was flawless. Beautiful home, my husbands dream. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what we had expected. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were the comfortable and spacious.

Great place to stay, food and shopping within walking distance

We enjoyed this home. It was equipped with everything we needed and we loved the hottub and corn hole game, the house is new and the beds are all king size. We would stay here again. The neighborhood seems a bit older/run down, but this house is new and it feels like a safe neighborhood. Not to mention it is located so close to shopping and Trader Joe’s for groceries.

Extremely wonderful

Check in process and message from owner with quick response. House is locate in a wonderful area close to so much. Loved the touch of there favorite place to eat drink and so things. We only live 3 hrs away but will stay here again if we have another big event to attend. House is update with amazing metal work low maintenance: had great choice of of local wine and beer and sprites that I didn’t even know about. Even through we are up in that area every other month or so. Just completely fell in love. If it was slighted cheaper I would stay there all the time when we just go up for the day. But we stay again hands down. The only thing I wished was that they had a few spices and condiments in the fridge and cabinets. Other wise it was wonderful so extremely thoughtful. We all loved loved this place. Oh and I would get a few black towels to use for women to not dirty for the make up. I take most of my make up off with make towels but was afraid that when I washed and then dried my face I would leave a stain on them. But these things were are own personal touches. Not really needed cause the house is a spectacular and amazing present. how much money and work was put into his house to make it work beautiful and the privacy was just wonderful felt very comfortable and I could see myself if I ever lived in Albuquerque living in this home!

The house was exactly as posted. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were a good size.

We recommend this house to anyone wanting to see different parts of Albuquerque. The location is perfect. There were so many restaurants near and hiking was easy to get to. The house layout is great for privacy. Staying was me, my husband our daughter and her husband , so the separate bathrooms and outdoor space as a buffer was great. The house is updated. The only negative was the screens and the vertical blinds on the sliding doors were really not usable. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice modern everything works great area!

Great area walking distance to many nice shops restaurants. Nice modern and clean with privacy. Plenty of space for hanging out, covered and open. Beautiful. Also kind and responsive host.
