We like the area. It was close to restaurants. We enjoyed Old Town and even took a drive to White Sands. We were very impressed with the friendliness and service of the people. We want to come back!!!
The house is beautiful and cozy. Clenliness is top notch. Neighborhood feels safe, quiet, and close enough to anyting you could imagine. Best thing about this place is your not in tourist ville! Downfall? This property is new to verbo and checked all the boxes for the most part there were some concerns with comfort but the owner was very responsive to suggestions for future guests as we were the first visitors!! Sheer curtins on the full lingth front door and the lock was set to lock as soon as the door shut. I went out to the car about 3am without my phone and it took me 30min to wake my husband to let me in lol.
We booked this house for one night on Friday night to attend a meeting on Saturday morning here in town. We had things come up Friday and got a late start on the drive, we arrived Saturday morning to the house and only had time to shower and get out of the house for house keepers to come at 11am. The house cleaners had to wait a minute for my friend to load up our things. We barely made it to get shower and get out for house keepers to clean up. (Which was only the bathroom that needed cleaning as we didn’t use the rest of the house)
I did request from home owner early that morning for a last minute late check out or to pay for another night to give us more time. Unfortunately, they were already booked and cleaners were to show up at 11am.
Home owner was very quick with replying and very nice.
The house was clean and cute.
It was very easy to check in and check out with the key pad. I wish we could have enjoyed the house more. Shower was great, window on shower was kinda loose but it was clean with good shower head and they had provided shampoo conditioner and body wash.
Great size for two people to stay in. Nice neighborhood from what I could see. Next time I’m in town on a short trip I will most likely book this place again.

The property is in generally good condition. The front window is still broken (considering the past review mentioning it).The walls and doors could be deep cleaned; they are significantly scuffed/dirty. The screen is coming off the front screen door & could use a handle on the inside to close fully. The back entrance had a significant gap around the door (you can see light coming through). The shower handle is very frustrating; it is scalding hot wherever it’s turned to except for one sliver of freezing cold. The neighborhood is quiet enough at night. The next door neighbor in the yellow house is so welcoming/nice!
The property was exactly how described on the website. Moreover, the host was always available and made our stay very special!! Thank you

The parking was a disaster. Parked in the back of the house. The next morning when I had 4 appointments I needed to get to early in the morning had to be rescheduled as a jeep was parked in front of the driveway. No way for me to get out. Talked to the neighbors the car did not belong to any of them. The front window was also broken. Like a rock had been thrown at it. Overall not a good experience.
I did not know it was a duplex.. so checking in was a little difficult when I walked up to the door and I saw A on one door and B on the other. When I booked this home it didn’t specify that it was a duplex or what letter I was assigned to. The parking situation wasn’t clear, again, thinking we had the whole house instead of a shared property. The front window was broken and there was no privacy curtains on the front door. I reached out the owners to let them know about the window and they were aware of the situation. I would have preferred to be informed so I’m not caught off guard or think safety is a concern. The house did not have as much furniture as the pictures depicted and the furniture wasn’t ideal. There was no space to lay down or be cozy with the couch they had. The owners were quick to respond.. however, the communication about parking and the window wasn’t there. Location is good. A lot of great shopping centers and eatery near by!
