Clean, cute, cozy place. Felt safe. Beautiful simple furnishings. All the necessary amenities. A very nice bathtub was appreciated! Private parking was a plus!

Stayed here while dropping my daughter off for her 1st year at UNM and it was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and close to UNM. It’s in a safe, super cute historic neighborhood with a beautiful park near by to walk in. Took my dog for multiple walks, sometimes at night, and always felt safe. I will definitely be booking again when I visit my daughter!

Really loves this little place so convenient to have a washer and dryer on hand. Very well equipped kitchen nothing you need missing from this place. It’s an easy walk to the hospital or the grocery store and restaurant on Central. This was a fabulous place And an especially good value. The host was very helpful and responsive at all times

We enjoyed our stay here, great access to Highway 25 and 40, great base place for day trips to Santa Fe, Taos and Jemez Spring. We didn’t cook but appreciated the coffee/coffee maker, dishwasher and washer and dryer! Property was clean and owner friendly! Great little park to walk at nearby and good restaurants in nearby Nob Hill. Comfy bed, could have used more bath towels and please invest in a new sofa and barstools for kitchen. We’d definitely stay with these upgrades!

The home is not too far from the University which made it perfect for our trip. Bed is comfortable. AC works great! The sofa was not very comfortable but that is really the only negative in this nice little home.

The host double booked this property, leaving me stranded at 7pm on a Sunday night as I arrived in town with nowhere to stay. It should be against policy for VRBO hosts to list their properties on multiple competing apps. This is what happened. He ended up getting a new booking that overlapped with mine but arrived a day earlier, so I was booted from the property, with no other VRBO’s available to book for the duration of my stay. Thankfully, VRBO customer service took great care of me and were able to refund my booking and work with me to get into a hotel for the same price. Kudos to VRBO customer service!

Nicely decorated and very well equipped Kitchen ware, grocery staples etc. Charming and cozy. Neighborhood is transitional and a little sketchy. "Best grocery' nearby is scary, lots of homeless. If you need groceries drive across town to Trader Joe's

My boyfriend and I were making a two day trip to OKC and decided to stop in Albuquerque for the night. This place was very spacious and exactly as described. Nice and warm inside when we first arrived. Located in a good area not far off the highway and near food spots. The host was nice enough to let our two cats stay as well which is something we were worried about. We would definitely stay here again and for sure recommend to anyone visiting or stopping through Albuquerque! Thank you again!

It was a very cute place, it was clean and had all that we needed. There are a couple of things that did need attention. The couch was NOT comfortable at all, it had no cushioning at all to it, you sat and all you felt was springs. If they reupholster the couch or got a bigger couch it would be better. The little desk had a nail sticking out of it. Other than that it was a nice place.
