From the moment we arrived it was not good, after getting there from a 9 hour drive the receptionist took so long to check us in because the key system was not working. Going through the hallway you could hear everything in the rooms. We got into our room and it was not clean, the shower was stained and dirty. The shower faucet had built up in it. For the price you pay to stay here plus parking per night it was a definite thumbs down.

One of the check in front desk lady was very inpatient, spoke super fast she didn’t disclose the benefit for gold member. I didn’t know about the daily dining credit till check out. And the room is very noisy with mechanical sound and sound proofing of the walls are bad, you can literally hear the neighbor keying the safe.

Ants were all over the room. The manager said it was because of the cookie the hotel gave me. That is no reason for ants to come out. Outside the property it look like cat food was left for the cat. Food cold at the restaurant.
