Downtown Artist Loft with Amenities

550 sf artist loft a few doors within walking distance of Silver Street Market and Farmers Market. Public transportation half a block away. Great neighbors. Perfect quiet oasis in the city.

Comes with W/D, wifi, utilities and a full size bed with memory foam mattress, modern Ikea kitchen and A/C. Very spacious with 11 foot ceiling. Available Thursday July 21-September 25. Ideal for one or two people. No parties ;-)

Fully furnished, stocked kitchen, induction stove top, air fryer, dishwasher, blender. Ceiling fan with remote above electrical adjustable bed, laptop arm. Desk/table for two. Large blue velvet couch, yoga hammock and exercise area with clean Theragun and back stretchers. Walk-in closet, large bathroom.

Extremely accessible and ergonomic, with lighted Ikea kitchen drawers, shower seat, grab bars and use of power wheelchair if needed. I'm traveling with my manual wheelchair. Laminated floor throughout. Separate storage space available.

USPS, several fitness locations and wonderful restaurants next door/nearby. Serious inquiries only. Sorry, no pets.
