The hotel was very nice, staff was nice but not very attentive. We went to the rooftop and our oder was forgotten, we asked for refills on the complementary room amenities from the fron desk and these were also forgotten. Housekeeping picked up but did not really clean. Although the breakfast service was very good.

The hotel was spotless, our room was very spacious, the bed super comfortable. The breakfast provided was one of the best ever. Great bar and food service on rooftop. The staff were so attentive and so cordial. I cant say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed 2 nights and will be back the next time we are in town.

I didn't like that we booked a 2 bed suite and when we got there, we were told there weren't any suites. We ended up with a 1 king size bed suite with a pull out couch. It was very cramped and one the TV's was turning on without the remote. We just had to unolug it.

Very pretty hotel and extremely nice staff. However, incredibly thin walls. I was able to hear my neighbor’s phone conversation (held in a normal volume) clearly at 7 am. We were traveling with a toddler and experienced several meltdowns, which I’m guessing our neighbors fully experienced, too. Super stressful to try to keep kids quiet enough for the walls and I probably wouldn’t come back unless it was just with adults.

Breakfast is not up to par compared to other Marriott hotels. For instance, there is no self serve bar of eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, etc. Instead, they have 1 chef behind the counter who makes only 1 option: an omelet one day and some kind of odd vegan protein bowl the next. Then they have a yogurt bar with a small selection of fruit and a pastry stand with a small selection of mini muffins, bagels, croissants, etc. They also had a stand with packets of oatmeal. We ended up going out to eat for breakfast and coffee each day because their coffee machine was also broken.

We came in after a long day of travel hoping for a quiet evening. Unfortunately this was not the case as the walls were the thinnest that I have ever experienced in a hotel, especially one with the Marriott name attached to it. The people next to us came in very loud very late at night. I understand this is a risk you take with staying at a hotel, but usually sounds and voices are muffled. The walls were so thin that we could clearly understand the whole conversation happening next door. All other aspects were great, but definitely could have made the walls a little more soundproof like most other places. This is a nice place and I would love to stay again in the future, however the thin walls will have me choosing a different place to stay in the future.
