The man at check in was very friendly and accommodating.The room was clean and comfortable. The only bad thing is the hotel is doing renovations, so the morning I was checking out it was quite noisy. I was trying to sleep in a bit but was unable to due to the noise.

Helpful and accomody staff

This was an excellent stay. We stayed here due to being in a little bit of a pickle due to an unexpected vehicle repair as we were passing through Albuquerque. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and we really appreciated it!

We stayed during the Balloon Festival. It's about a 20-30 minute walk to the festival area and very easy. Or, you can pay for the hotel shuttle to take and pick you up. We paid and Marco, the driver, was awesome. Shuttle runs about every 10-15 minutes during the morning/evening events, but will come and pick you up anytime with just a call. During the festival they had nightly happy hour with free drinks and snacks which was a welcome treat. Breakfast is good and it's kept very well stocked. During the festival, they opened the breakfast area by 4:15 am so festival goers could eat before the first shuttles left. Hotel itself is clean and the staff is awesome. Rooms were nice and clean. It's a bit noisy from guests and the nearby road, but I've had worse. Some earplugs took care of most of the issue. For the price, proximity, amenities and service, the hotel can't be beat.

Very impressed with the overall of the room, very clean, comfortable and very modern. Very good location to stay if going to the Rainbow Ryders. The proximity is incredible, only 5 mins walk.Traveled to enjoy a night before my activity in the hot air balloon. The international breakfast was very good with many choices. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly.
