Staff was very helpful and patiently answered our many questions at check-in. The employee staffing the breakfast area went over and above to assist us in getting breakfast right at opening and in time for our shuttle 20 minutes later.

Very clean room, a few issues (loose tile grout, coffee maker didn't work). Hot tub jets wouldn't turn on but it was like a nice hot bath and both the hot tub and pool areas were very clean, some of the best maintained we've used in a while. Nice city view at sunset, food options close by were good as well. Friendly helpful staff.

Excellent customer service at check in and checking out. The room was comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows were comfy and the pull down blinds helped keep the light out. Bathroom was perfect for my needs. It has all the shower soaps, shampoo, conditioner plus lotion. Parking was good and safe plus well lit. I recommend to family and friends. I can't wait to stay here on my next visit.
