This is a very large convention hotel. Great place for a big event. However, it was just my husband and I and we were very comfortable here. Walking distance to Old Town and the Saw Mill food hall
This is our second stay in a week as we traveled from Texas to Arizona! Awesome accommodations and so easy to walk to Old Town to restaurants in the evening!
Clean, spacious, and beautiful property. The staff was so helpful! The gardens around the hotel were beautiful and the flowers were blooming which added a wonderful smell to the air. The view was great and it was nice to spend time by the pool and in the hot tub.
The rooms were large and amenities enjoyable. Overall the stay was lovely and a great solo spot to travel to.
The hotel was also so close to the old town, Farmers market, and lots of great shops. Highly recommend staying here and I will be back!
Check in and check out staff were very polite, professional and friendly!
The room was clean, comfortable but the Hair Dryer that was in the room did not work so my wife couldn't dry her hair. That was our only complaint.
Nice clean room, spacious, great bathroom, beautiful view

Incredible decor and service. We felt like we could truly relax. Very clean and therapeutic pool and spa area, wisteria in full bloom and so fragrant. But I think my favorite part were the conversations with restaurant staff, they were all so friendly, kind, and interesting. Loved it all.
Great stay. Great location. Great mountain view from 9th floor room. Only inconvenience was one of two elevators was broken but elevator use wasn't real heavy.
The hotel lobby is very night and feels authentic to the area. The staff are knowledgable and helpful. They had free coffee for the guests in the morning as early at 5am. The rooms were nice, updated and clean. The pool is hard to find but thankfully the front desk person walked with us to show us where it was. The pool was cold (not heated) much as the website says so that would be the only negative.
