The staff was nice. The property was run down. I had my dogs and the areas around to walk the dogs was dirty and full of garbage. The neighborhood was sketchy. I would not stay there again.

Overall not a great place to stay. The original room we were given smelled as if someone had just smoked in the room with despite it being a no smoking hotel. When I went to the front desk to complain they said, "Unfortunately, people break the rules sometimes". Even though they said this, they were able to give me another room. The second room smelled significantly less like smoke, but there was still an underlying smell so it was a lot more bearable. Additionally, there was a bullet hole in the door of our first room. The good thing about this hotel is that breakfast was included.

1. Cheap, very convenient. 2. Location is a bit shady, but nothing too bad. 3. Breakfast is what you pay for and room looks what you pay for. 4. Have all amenities in an economic scale. I was satisfied with what I got, provided what I paid for. Don't expect much. Nothing that unpleasant.

The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I am vegan, so had limited options with the complementary breakfast; however, that is a common experience across all hotels. The surrounding area is a bit rough, but the hotel property is clean and well cared for.
