Building is aged and most areas in Albuquerque can be rough. However, I felt safe, the bed was clean and comfortable, the room was spacious and the service excellent. Darwin offered 5 star service that made me feel comfortable and cared for as a guest. Thank you!

Everything is worn, the bed was terrible. It was clean, plenty of parking. Price during balloon festival over the top for a not great experience. I would not stay here again.

Parking was easy, the one staff i spoke to during my three night stay was friendly. The room smelled horrible, like cigarette smoke(and i am a smoker) never seen house keeping during my stay. I didn't realize people lived here.

The front desk clerk was very nice and well presented; very helpful and accommodating. The property is old. Had a foul odor of sewage. A lot of people with pets and smoking. Ended up seeking reimbursement for my reservation and staying elsewhere. Front desk clerk was very helpful on reimbursing.

Great choice for roadtrip stay.

Safe clean stay on a cross country road trip. Felt very safe and night shift does rounds in the parking lot as well which was nice. Room was large and clean. Simple but expected for the price. Kitchenette was nice to reheat some food we grabbed at the whole foods down the road. Cat greets you in the lobby which was a highlight for me.
