The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. "Very big room with a bar fridge, comfortable beds, mini lounge area in room. Bathroom new and shampoo, conditioner etc good quality. Parking excellent in locked area. Bit hard to find as front door is different colour. The manor is being renovated so nice. Lovely lady who runs it. 2 great pubs 5 minutes walk for dinner. Very clise to Heathrowe"
