"Newly renovated and had a super breakfast and service. The beds were comfortable and one of a very few hotels in Spain with a room safe. Lifeguard at pools. Easy walking for families to an entertaining walk to the beach. Great for families great for us travelling through. "

"Great aparthotel. Helpful staff and very Covid safe. Our apartment was not big but had enough space and balcony had nice view to sea and mountains. Everything was renovated and new looking. Modern and fresh. Bathroom good. Kitchenette locked up as cleaning of it not included, but you could ask for the key to the cupboard unit. The microwave was accessible. Great location just 2 min walk to beach and seafront bars. Too far to walk to old town though. Parking secure but we had roof box so parked...

"First impression is everything. The front door was white but covered in rust. When you got inside there was rust on all the faucets including in the shower. There was no coffee maker. The view is lovely from the balcony. Bed in the master bedroom was extremely small. It truly is a double bed so if you are 6 feet tall your feet hang off the end. I would not stay there again unless the bed in the master was change to two twins beside each other aka king bed. "

"This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"Para pasar una noche estuvo bien, funcionaba todo perfectamente y tenia bastantes extras. Por poner una pega, la limpieza. Debajo de los muebles y camas había bastante mugre."

"El apartamento es nuevo, está perfecto. Las unicas 3 pegas que le veo, son la recepción, que es muy difícil de encontrarla y su horario es muy escaso; que la cama de matrimonio (que es lo que pedí), no era de matrimonio, era de 135 y se queda muy escueta para dormir 2 adultos en condiciones y que para cambiar las toallas y sábanas, tienes que bajar tu a recepción las mismas y te daban otras limpias, cuando lo lógico, es que te las suban al apartamento. "

"The booking said beachfront. We were 10 minutes away. Tried to contact the hotel 4 times prior to our stay for a shuttle from the airport and was put through to a number that rang out on each occasion. Shower was broken. Someone came to fix it and it broke again. We weren't given access to the pool. Had to walk back to reception. Was given a fob that didn't work. Had to walk back to reception and was gives a card this time. Washing machine didn't work. Had to wash clothes by hand....

"Fuimos de puente en familia por la zona (no de vacaciones a la playa) y necesitábamos campo base. El apartamento tenia cama de matrimonio y cuatro individuales. El apartamento incluía fogones eléctricos, utensilios y vajilla, nevera, microondas, y lavadora, todo muy útil para preparar cenas calientes y desayunos, y tener ropa limpia (nos pasamos el día en excursiones). "The property more than met our expectations. It was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the sea. It has a gorgeous conservatory area, which was great for lying about on the sofa reading books! Admittedly, very nice in Jan/Feb, but I imagine very hot in there in the summer months. The location is excellent. The town of Alcossebre is probably the nicest in the area with its beaches, attractive promenade and low build houses (many of the towns up and down the coast are spoilt by high-rise...
