The villa Oleandro, about 100 square meters, is located in a neighborhood, on a street 150 meters from the beautiful golden sandy beach, in the locality Alcamo marina.
The town is just a few kilometers from the municipal capital of Alcamo, Balestrate and Castellammare del Golfo. It is characterized by large golden beaches, (about 7 km of beach), considered among the most beautiful in Italy both for extension and for the quality of sand. The beach, 150 meters away from the house, still preserves the coastal dunes, partly protected by dune vegetation.
Its location allows you to quickly reach attractive places of historical and cultural relevance, in addition to the renowned seaside resorts such as the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the township and Faraglioni di Scopello, the Theater, the Temple and the Baths of Segesta, San Vito lo Capo, Erice, Trapani, Palermo, Monreale and much more.
