"The parking was complicated, the staff did not help with luggage. The property pool was mediocre. There wasnt any towel service, it was all self serve. Subpar hotel, 3 stars."

"What an amazing property! The views and grounds were spectacular. We had a lovely room. Staff were extremely helpful, carrying luggage and arranging a taxi to our next stop. We had a delicious sandwich for lunch. The wine paired seafood dinner was exceptional! It checked all the boxes of a fine resort and their wines are outstanding."

"Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip."
