"We were the 1st group to book this rebranded location through Expedia.comband couldn’t be more satisfied. The manager Catherine, her boss, and all the staffers were above and beyond accommodating. Super kind, thoughtful, and attentive and we couldn’t be happier staying with a family of 5. Location was great and a walking distance from d’mall, restaurants, and laundry service. Improvements were literally on the way as new flooring and bamboo privacy screens were being installed. A finished...

"Rooms are big, and they were pretty clean when got there, it is a little bit of a walk to main touristy area, but seems pretty safe at night around the hotel, as i was solo and walked around at 1-2am without troubles, the tv didnt have ant stations or anything and the roof in the bathroom had a small leak not that it matters wasnt a issue, could be nice to have fresh towels every day when staying for multiple nights. For the 25$ i paid per night wasn't and cant be to mad for the price. "

"I wont recommend booking in this hotel.Elevator smelt like sewer the whole time.We stayed at the lobby while waiting for our pick up and the mosquitos are just terrible"
"Every thing was perfect. It was clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. They had a great breakfast with many options. If you are vegan/vegetarian there are options for you.
The resort location is great, it's not too crowded by the beach front area. There are plenty of beach chairs as well. I looked at the other resorts near by and they didnt have a lot chairs/tables. I would definitely come back here if I came back to Boracay."
"Good Morning
We would like to share our disappointment with our stay at this hotel
Firstly we were given a room with 2double beds and no balcony for our 7 night stay. After speaking with the Manager and waiting around and much stress, we were given an upgraded room.
Then to find out 2 swimming pools and some restaurants/vars were under renovation and not open, we were not notified of this , as we would have previously changed hotels To find out that you can only get out of the hotel on go to the private beach, up and downs stairs to wait for a shuttle bus (could be a 10minutr wait either way) once on the private beach, accessed only by stairs , nowhere to get lunch as all closed , charges for beach activities also Breakfast was shocking , must be the most budget one we have ever had and very overcrowded, or sharing tables We decided to check out 6 nights early, so as not to spoil our entire trip we were ending the Philippines, the hotel staff were apology, but unable to do anything further us You are stuck in this hotel with no option to wait for shuttle buses to front of hotel then get yourself a Tuk tuk out of there Would not recommend this hotel at all"
"The hotel is located in a less busy part of boracay and is hidden within trees, green and beach. The staff seemed very nice and kind, but unfortunately our experience was not the best. First, the rooms allocated sit across from the reception and right above where the streaks and buses come to pick up and drop off guests. There is constant noise, especially since the cars need to come there backwards and with the loud sound playing as the rear gear is engaged. And the concierge and guests will naturally talk to communicate, and that adds to the noise substantially. The breakfast was disappointing (but food at restaurant and the pizza were actually not bad). They failed to replace the toilet paper (makes you wonder why they don’t always have an extra one) and despite failing to replace with cleanup, and after I had called them to ask for, they never send someone to bring us …toilet paper.
Again, the staff seemed nice but clearly the hotel could benefit from improvements in management.
The hotel sits in a great location and has great potential, but management has to change."
"The staff was overly accommodating and very friendly! They always went above and beyond to make sure my family and I’s stay went well. You can tell that the staff were very thorough with their customer services!
The hotel itself was also very clean and room service happened quite frequently whenever we went out, so their attentiveness was unexpected, but really appreciated.
Their other services such as the spa and free breakfast were nice editions, which I would rate highly.
Thank you for taking care of me and my family!"
"We stayed here for 4 days and we extended our stay for another 5 days because everyone are so helpful and very nice and breakfast buffet is amazing! Staffs are wonderful. They answered all our questions and we had some complications in the beginning and all the staff was so patient. Pool is so nice as well, I definitely recommend this place"
