"Very central Staff very helpful and polite Communal areas and room very clean Air conditioning/heating worked well Complimentary water on arrival We could get boiling water from the breakfast area even though we didn’t have breakfast There is no natural light in the rooms, however, we didn’t find this a problem We would definitely stay here again"

"Pool closed. Booked a room with a bath. No bath. Staff refused to swap room on arrival . Wanted an extra €70. Very rude, very public discussion. Unprofessional. Finally agreed to move us for last night. No coffee or tea facilities. Don’t go off room description it’s not what you get."

"Good size clean room, very close to shopping centre and amenities far from old town - (about 40 min walk). Safe area to hang late at night streets are wide and safe full of restaurants and coffee shops. Location wise is across stop 6 on Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus"

"Staff, amenities and location were brilliant. Definitely the best hotel on Valencia sea front. Only niggle was the restaurant menu... not many options for vegetarians for lunch / dinner."

"The hotel's location is between the old town and the beaches, but both are a 40-minute walk away. However, it's directly opposite the museums and the city park. The hotel is actually used more by business travelers, so there's a lot of coming and going, and the staff's attentiveness isn't particularly good. The room looked clean, but there was an unpleasant smell. There was also noise coming from the neighboring rooms. The view from the terrace bar is very nice. There are many different places to eat nearby, and the prices seem reasonable."
