"We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Ana, with everything we could possibly need. It was so peaceful. The house was beautifully clean, beds so comfortable and air conditioning perfect, as it was very hot. The garden is lovely, with lots of comfortable seating areas to avoid full sun when needed, picking tomatoes, herbs and lemons was great. The pool is the best we’ve seen and perfect for the hot weather. Burguillos is a welcoming and friendly town. María is the best host you could wish for, excellent communication and there if needed, just brilliant. Can’t recommend Casa Ana enough."

"The property was in a great location. There are actually free parking spaces right outside the hotel which was a plus. The room was a little outdated but very big and comfortable. The swimming pool area was very nice with plenty of sun loungers Didn’t use breakfast or restaurant as plenty of places 5 minute walk"

"We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful property. We loved the pool and the yard is filled with flowering bushes and fruit trees. Easy walk to groceries and restaurants, although we mostly ate at the property with it’s well-equipped kitchen. So grateful to our hosts as they left us some provisions since we arrived on a Sunday. Loved our stay…great memories!"

"Since 2014, Olé Adventures has been organising Spanish language immersion retreats for adults, and this time we had the pleasure of staying at El Triguero. What an incredible find!This beautiful patrician house is full of charm and history. The rooms are spacious, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning, making the stay very comfortable. The living areas, kitchen, and lounge are very generous in size, with a lovely fireplace and beautiful traditional decor. The gardens are absolutely stunning — a riot of colour with blooming flowers, fruit trees, and peaceful corners that make you feel like you’re living inside a painting. The property even has its own charming chapel, adding a lovely historical touch.We made excellent use of the swimming pool during our five-day stay, as the weather was perfect. We also enjoyed the table tennis and the large pitch for badminton and football.What truly made the experience special were the hosts, Carmen and Jose. They are genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Carmen even helped us prepare a delicious paella for the whole group (10 people)! Their kindness and hospitality were outstanding.A huge thank you to Anneli and Eduardo for maintaining El Triguero so beautifully — keeping its traditional character while making it modern and welcoming.We all left completely enchanted by this hidden gem.
