"Terribly disappointing hotel. For a 4-star , among the 5 most expensive, the value for money ratio was terrible. In a 2 bedroom suite, the second bed was a fold out, with a ratty mattress. In one-week stay, sheets and towels were changed once, floors cleaned twice. They could not provide me with a water kettle or early coffee (coffee shop opens at nine). "We had a great stay. Property is very family friendly, walking distance to restaurants and the beach and extremely clean. The only issue is that you must have your passport at check in or you will not be allowed to check in. They are very firm. "
