"Lovely villa with plenty of space if more than one family would like to holiday together. The kids were delighted with the size of the pool. Location was great, only a 15 walk to the port and a few lovely local restaurants closer by. A Welcome Book would have been really handy. It took us a long time to figure out where outdoor light switches were. A taxi number, few restaurant recommendations or bit of information about things to see in the area would have been great. The pool got very dirty...

"All in all it was the perfect house for our little family - there was a lot of place to be private, if you needed - and place to be social, especially around the pool, it was a good gathering point. Things that gives minuses was fx that the grill that was in the house was quite rusty - therefore it was unsuitable for grilling food directly on. So therefore we did make our food in the kitchen where it was quite hot. So maybe the owner should look after another grill. But all in all we were happy...

"The villa is stunning. Lovely gardens with plants throughout. Various places to sit or entertain and a terrific barbeque. Great place for a family or couples who want a quiet holiday within striking distance of Pollenca and Alcudia. There are lots of small things we would recommend for improvement: Basics - when you pay for a villa you expect some basics (e.g. salt, washing up liquid, diswasher tablets, toilet rolls etc.). Just 10-15 euros spent on essentials would have a big beneficial...

"Perfect location to walk to the old town, beach & harbour. Clean & well equipped. The pool and gardens really make this place worth going to. Lots of relaxation areas such as hammock and shaded seating spaces. Would definitely recommend. Negative comment is the electricity bill charged separately and we were asked to locate the meter which was hidden so when we arrived we wasted time on that."
